DUE TO COVID-19, there is a 5-7 business day processing time and 2-3 day shipping time on all hair orders. (Shipping times & Processing times are not the same)
During sales, please expect turnaround times to be extended up to 10 business days.
Ready to ship units have a shipping time if 1-2 business days.
Please refrain from contacting us regarding your wig order if it has not been past 10 business days.
